Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop engineering and maintenance personnel • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance strategies • Analyze and enhance workflow efficiencies • Coordinate continuous improvement projects for production • Work with production teams for reliability assessments
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and relevant experience • 7-10 years in manufacturing engineering roles • Solid grasp of lean manufacturing tools • Strong leadership and team mobilization skills • Bilingual in French and English
