Lead innovative networking solutions as the Senior Specialist at Bell. Drive strategy and implementation for AI-focused infrastructure in a hybrid work environment. As a Senior Specialist within Bell, you will manage networking and connectivity infrastructure across the AI Fabric portfolio. This role involves technical leadership for data center networks, ensuring high availability and low-latency operations tailored for AI workloads. Collaborate closely with multiple teams to optimize connectivity architecture and support critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine AI Fabric's network strategy and technology roadmap
• Create scalable designs for high-density AI and HPC workloads
• Oversee networking design reviews for new facilities
• Own connectivity standards for all AI Fabric locations
• Collaborate on national fibre infrastructure integration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 7+ years in network engineering and operations
• 5+ years in mission-critical environments
• Experience with large-scale data center networks
• Familiarity with carrier networks and fibre infrastructure Utilize your networking expertise to make a significant impact on Bell's AI initiatives and connectivity solutions.
