Key Responsibilities
• Implement value-add initiatives across the property portfolio
• Perform monthly site inspections to assess property conditions
• Prepare market research reports on competitive positioning
• Assist in the management of capital budgets
• Develop innovative reports and processes for asset management

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in Real Estate asset management
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Ability to create complex financial models in Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle Become a key player in enhancing Pier 4’s investment strategies through effective asset management.
