Reporting to the Director of Community & Social Development, this position demands a proactive leader to oversee Leduc’s community development portfolio. You will drive long-term planning and governance while managing diverse teams to ensure tailored services. Your ability to foster partnerships and align community resources with Council’s strategic priorities is crucial.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide operational excellence in community development initiatives • Oversee financial stewardship and resource allocation • Cultivate governance and partnership relationships • Drive performance and development in multidisciplinary teams • Plan engaging events and programming for community enrichment
Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of related leadership experience • Track record of managing budgets and performance • Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills • Committed to fostering an inclusive community environment
