Key Responsibilities: • Plan and implement comprehensive test strategies across systems • Develop and analyze performance and capacity testing scenarios • Own test strategy for AI Routing and Digital Agent workflows • Generate test cases using agentic coding tools • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in testing

Requirements: • 6+ years in software development, test automation experience • Proficiency in Python or Java programming • Experience with cloud technologies and REST service testing • Knowledge of various testing methodologies • Strong communication skills in English
