You will play a key managerial role under the guidance of the Senior Manager, assisting in the daily supervision of hospitality operations, staff scheduling, and operational planning. This position emphasizes hands-on management, ensuring high standards of service and quality in a variety of food offerings across campus.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily operational management for food services • Monitor and manage food inventories and orders • Leading training initiatives for front-line staff • Ensure adherence to health and food safety regulations • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively
Requirements: • College Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or equivalent • At least three years in a supervisory management role • Experience in a unionized food services environment • Robust knowledge of food safety practices • Effective leadership and communication skills
