This senior software engineering role combines hands-on engineering with AI experimentation and platform development. You will design, build, and operate high-quality applications and integrations that enhance customer success processes. Key Responsibilities: • Design and operate AI-powered agentic applications • Maintain MCP servers and secure enterprise connections • Utilize AI tools for code review, testing, and documentation • Develop applications with Python and TypeScript ensuring quality • Partner with cross-functional teams for rapid solution prototyping
Requirements: • Proven experience in production software ownership • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript frameworks • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and API development • Strong asynchronous communication skills • Ability to translate stakeholder feedback into technical plans
