Teck is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for its Trail Operations. With five years of related experience, candidates will support supplier performance, manage procurement activities, and enhance warehouse functions. This role empowers collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize contract performance and mitigate risks in the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead safety compliance and adherence to protocols • Manage supplier performance and risk through scorecards • Support warehouse contracts and engage suppliers effectively • Enhance procurement operations and resolve issues timely • Coordinate training for staff regarding compliance and systems
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business • Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or related fields • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP • Operations experience in mining or processing preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
