Shape the future of energy management with Rodan Energy as a Data Architect. This hands-on role involves leading technical direction on innovative data solutions in a hybrid work environment. As a key technical leader, you'll drive the architecture and governance of Rodan's Databricks platform. With over five years of data engineering experience, you'll oversee ingestion pipelines, implement data quality checks, and work with complex, multi-market electricity data. This role emphasizes collaboration with external partners and the internal team to ensure impactful data usage.

Key Responsibilities
• Extend automated ingestion pipelines for new data sources
• Build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Monitor data flows and implement quality checks
• Own architecture decisions and manage access controls
• Collaborate with vendors and explain platform capabilities

Requirements:
• 5+ years in data engineering with technical leadership
• Hands-on experience in data lake or warehouse projects
• Proficiency in Databricks, Python, and SQL
• Understanding of data governance and schema design
