In this role, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams as a key player in Stantec's civil engineering division. You will be responsible for designing and managing complex projects while ensuring compliance with regulations through permitting processes. Your expertise will not only contribute to business development but also to mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct complex engineering design tasks as Lead • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relations • Provide technical guidance to junior staff • Oversee permitting processes and technical documentation • Engage in strategic business development activities
Requirements: • Civil Engineering degree with Professional Engineer status • Minimum of 10 years of related civil engineering experience • Proficient in various design software tools • Excellent project management and leadership skills • Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure regulations
