In this pivotal part-time role, you will support store leaders by coaching teammates and promoting a high-energy selling culture. Your responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, managing store operations, and driving retail targets. This position is ideal for those ready to take charge and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive a selling culture and support customer engagement • Lead and coach teammates in service excellence • Manage store cleanliness and stock levels • Open and close the store as needed • Evaluate sales performances using payroll tools
Requirements: • At least 18 years old with a high school degree • 1+ years of retail or customer service experience • Flexible availability for evenings and weekends • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset • Ability to stand and lift during shifts
