You will be accountable for the budget process of approximately $18 million, developing financial models, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the annual budgeting process • Develop complex financial reporting and analysis • Provide financial advice on operational issues • Implement process improvement initiatives • Conduct operational audits and offer recommendations
Requirements: • University degree and professional accounting designation • At least 7 years in budgeting and financial analysis • 4 years of people management and mentorship experience • Familiarity with financial and HR systems like SAP • Excellent analytical and communication skills
