In this 12-month contract role, you will manage the end-to-end proposal process while ensuring high-quality outputs. With a focus on persuasive storytelling and client value, you'll partner closely with teams to elevate submission quality. Your creativity and precision will shine as you navigate the fast-paced environment of proposal management.
Key Responsibilities: • Own the proposal process from kickoff to submission • Create compelling, client-focused proposals • Collaborate with Sales and technical teams • Maintain exceptional attention to detail under tight deadlines • Drive continuous improvement through proposal analysis
Requirements: • 5+ years of proposal management experience • 2+ years in business writing and editing • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word • Experience with proposal management software
