Requirements: • 10+ years in senior leadership roles in operations or manufacturing • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in unionized settings • Strong background in production planning and cost management • Experience utilizing ERP systems for operational efficiency • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
