Key Responsibilities: • Lead execution of product and technology releases across teams • Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies for projects • Reflect changes and delays in planning cycles • Improve Petal's program-management practices • Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams
Requirements: • 7+ years in project or program management • Strong SaaS or software product experience • Familiarity with software delivery and dependencies • Experience in enhancing program-management practices • Excellent English communication skills
