Reporting to the Vice President in the Customer and Strategy team, you will leverage your expertise in organizational effectiveness to address complex business challenges. This strategic role involves designing and implementing initiatives that support sustainable improvement and organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities: • Utilize change management methodologies to identify performance challenges • Collaborate with key stakeholders for strategic initiative development • Provide coaching to leaders on performance and capability • Ensure alignment with organizational Values and Mission • Act as a trusted advisor to enhance team effectiveness
Requirements: • Advanced degree in Business Administration or related discipline • Minimum eight years of relevant experience in management • Five years of demonstrated leadership experience • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving approaches • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
