Drive excellence in facility operations as Maintenance Manager with Optima Living. Oversee building systems to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager leads all maintenance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and resident comfort.
Key responsibilities
include the preventive maintenance program, managing equipment repairs, and responding to service requests promptly. This role also fosters team engagement through mentoring and guidance and plays a crucial part in upholding safety standards and operational quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to the maintenance team
• Oversee preventive maintenance for medical and building systems
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests for resident comfort
• Conduct daily reviews of building management systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in maintenance roles
• One year of leadership experience is required
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is an asset Lead quality maintenance efforts that enhance the living experience at Optima Living.
