Key Responsibilities
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
• Train, coach, and develop employees for success
• Provide exceptional customer service and address escalated issues
• Perform cash management and store opening/closing tasks
• Ensure adherence to policies and maintain visual merchandising

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of retail experience
• Two years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Open availability for shifts including weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
