Key Responsibilities
• Define the product data science strategy for key initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights
• Own the entire ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment
• Develop robust experimentation frameworks for product testing
• Build a high-performing data science team that drives innovation
Requirements:
• 10+ years in data science, 5+ in leadership roles
• Proven experience with ML model deployment
• Strong expertise in experimentation and causal inference
• Excellent product sense and communication skills
