Under the direction of a Senior Development Manager, the Associate Development Manager is responsible for assisting with planning and organizing various initiatives undertaken by the Development Division in a manner that supports TCHC’s tenant focused culture.

TCHC’s award-winning development initiatives include full-scale urban revitalizations, the development of mixed-use, mixed-income communities and the creation of infill high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise multi-family residential buildings. What You’ll Do

  • Assist in tracking, monitoring and analyzing Development Division project budgets
  • Assist in preparing project cost proposals and project business plans (cash flow requirements, equity investments requirements, program funding requirements, operating pro-forma, etc.)
  • Assist in the creation and monitoring of project schedules
  • Assist in the contract administration of development partner agreements
  • Develop and managing proposal calls
  • Coordinate consultant teams
  • Prepare documentation and monitoring requirements to secure funding for affordable housing construction and ownership
