Supervise project tasks while collaborating with other personnel and enforcing compliance with OHS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: • Allocate daily tasks and responsibilities to crews • Supervise machinery, tools, and equipment usage • Drive efficiency and productivity in work crews • Conduct daily and weekly safety inspections • Prepare progress reports to track project timelines
Requirements: • Minimum five years as a Foreman in construction • Knowledge of construction procedures and OHS guidelines • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Ability to read and understand construction drawings • Commitment to a safe work environment
