Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership for engineering teams • Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture • Contribute to business strategy as site leadership member • Establish performance expectations and succession plans • Implement operational excellence methodologies
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field • 10+ years of engineering experience, 15+ preferred • Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industries • Proven success managing engineering programs • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
