CIBC is seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in back end development. The role involves leading complex solution design, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and providing consultation to senior management. You will collaborate with project teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure that proposed solutions align with architectural and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead design and development of application systems • Translate user requirements into system specifications • Interface with project teams during design reviews • Mentor junior designers and developers for knowledge sharing • Contribute to the bank's technology roadmap
Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in back end development • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices • Working knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Services • Familiar with Docker/PodMan, Jenkins, and GIT • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
