As a Foreperson, you will oversee a team across various job sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every task completed. Your expertise will guide newer team members in understanding arboriculture, while you serve as the primary contact for outstanding customer service. You'll be involved in every aspect of tree care, from pruning to removal and providing insightful consultations.
Key Responsibilities: • Safely lead a crew in arboricultural services • Supervise tools and equipment maintenance • Perform expert tree pruning and removal services • Manage customer service expectations effectively • Coordinate team tasks at multiple job sites
Requirements: • 2+ years as an Arborist • ISA certification or relevant enrollment • Valid provincial driver’s license • Strong tree identification skills • Ability to lift 50 lbs
