Lead commercial insurance relationships in Edmonton with Westland Insurance, using client advisory and communication skills to deliver effective coverage solutions.
As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will own and support client relationships while understanding business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
- Cultivate relationships through exceptional sales and service
- Manage policy renewals, changes, and cancellations
- Leverage software to manage and convert leads
- Support clients with a client-first claims focus
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills for explaining complex information
- Ability to build authentic client relationships
- Time management, multitasking, confidentiality, and discretion
- Adaptability when priorities change based on client needs
- Seven to ten years of commercial experience preferred
