In this pivotal role, you will oversee the evaluation and governance capabilities for AI implementations at RBC. With over 10 years of product management experience, you will collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to ensure AI system quality and safety. Your leadership will shape the roadmap, balancing regulatory needs and platform investments while mentoring a team focused on innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Own product strategy and roadmap for AI governance • Collaborate with engineering on feasibility and delivery • Represent the capability to senior leadership and stakeholders • Lead discovery and requirements definition for capabilities • Define success metrics and value messaging for launches
Requirements: • 10+ years in product management, AI/ML experience • Hands-on with LLM API integration in production environments • Strong technical background in regulated industries • Excellent communication with senior executives • University degree in a technical field
