Build Marqeta customer and cardholder experiences with full stack engineering, Java, Spring Boot, and modern user interfaces remotely across Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, test, and improve interfaces and backend services. You will deliver project milestones, solve ambiguous problems, and collaborate with product stakeholders and cross-functional partners. The team develops embeddable solutions for Marqeta customers and their cardholders. Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and improve user interfaces Develop backend services supporting customer experiences Define and deliver well-scoped project milestones Guide less-experienced teammates through feedback and example Participate in on-call coverage Requirements:

Five-plus years of hands-on software engineering experience Two-plus years of backend experience using object-oriented languages Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and AWS Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWTs, and session management Apply full stack expertise across Java, backend services, interfaces, and customer-focused solutions at Marqeta in Ontario.
