School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) is seeking a Custodian for a temporary position until November 20, 2026. The role involves general cleaning duties, lifting, operating motorized equipment, and applying chemicals and coatings. The ideal candidate will have at least three months of relevant experience or a combination of training and experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the school • Lift furniture and fixtures as required • Operate motorized cleaning equipment effectively • Apply knowledge of chemicals and floor coatings • Ensure building security and safety protocols are followed
Requirements: • Completion of Grade 10 and relevant training • Up to three months of related experience • Knowledge of WHMIS and safety regulations • Agree to undergo a criminal records check • Prioritize inclusivity in your application
