The ideal candidate is a senior engineer with strong React expertise who can work effectively across the application stack.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop modern, scalable web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Build reusable, accessible, and maintainable UI components.
Develop intuitive user interfaces and improve workflows, navigation, usability, and overall user experience.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
Contribute to backend development using Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or similar technologies.
Deliver end-to-end features across front-end, backend, APIs, and data.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, UX professionals, QA, architects, and engineering teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development and contribute to technical design decisions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience building production-quality web applications.
Experience with REST APIs and backend services.
Experience with at least one backend technology such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
Experience with Git, automated testing, and modern development practices.
Strong understanding of responsive design, web application architecture, and performance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, or Go.
Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms.
Knowledge of web accessibility and performance optimization.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
