We are seeking an experienced professional to join MSS Information Technology (IT) within MSSOT Global Reconciliations as a Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Developer. This role supports the delivery and ongoing operation of reconciliations on the SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) platform within a banking and financial services environment. The position operates as an individual contributor and includes rotational production support in line with a Development and Operations (DevOps) model. You will focus on configuring and enhancing Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) capabilities and progressing changes through environments to achieve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness. Success will be measured through stable production outcomes, high-quality reconciliation deliveries and effective collaboration across technology and business stakeholders. What you'll be doing

Deliver SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) development and provide rotational production support in line with a Development and Operations (DevOps) model Build and enhance reconciliations including intersystem trade and positions, intersystem cash, cash balance and transactions and stock positions and transactions Configure and customize Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) user interface screens, workflows and database structures using vendor tools to support version changes and upgrades Create Configuration Transport (CT) packages and deploy them to target environments, progressing changes through component testing and integration testing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness Design and maintain Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) schemas using Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Smart Schema Update configuration within Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Control to accommodate upgrade-related changes Develop and maintain Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) solutions to support reconciliation processing and platform enhancements Partner with MSS Information Technology (IT) leadership, delivery managers, architects, product owners, offshore teams, and vendors to plan delivery and resolve production issues What we're looking for

Demonstrate hands-on experience with SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Premium and associated tools including Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Control, Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Recon Admin, Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Design Studio, Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Smart Studio, Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Web Connect, Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Configuration Transport (CT) Tool and Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Smart Schema Show proven experience delivering end-to-end reconciliations using the SmartStream toolset or another reconciliation platform Evidence capability using vendor application tools to customize user interfaces, workflows and database structures to support new Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) versions and upgrades Bring experience working with large and complex code bases and progressing changes through testing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness Apply strong Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) capability with hands-on delivery experience Work effectively across Unix and Windows production environments Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery practices Communicate effectively with MSS Information Technology (IT) leads, delivery managers, architects, business product owners, offshore teams and global stakeholders Advancing reconciliation reliability on SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM)
