In this role, you will connect strategy with program development and service design at Mitacs. Your leadership will facilitate program execution and client experience enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Collaborate with diverse teams to support successful program implementation that drives long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic direction for program development • Lead implementation and continuous improvements • Establish service standards and conduct client journey mapping • Drive cross-team collaboration for program success • Use client insights to refine service delivery
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines required • Over 10 years in leadership with client focus • Experience in program operations and service design • Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally • Lived experience or perspectives relating to Indigenous communities valued
