Drive digital performance for Lacroix Medical Group through SEM, analytics, and campaign optimization across Quebec’s private healthcare organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Performance Manager leads digital media performance across multiple divisions, brands, and business lines. The role combines campaign activation, data analysis, budget management, and strategic recommendations. It supports growth through measurable acquisition, conversion, and optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Manage SEM, programmatic, and social media campaigns Monitor bids, trafficking, deployment, health, and performance Optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Build and analyze Looker Studio dashboards Recommend acquisition, conversion, and optimization opportunities Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field Six to eight years’ digital marketing experience Valid Google Ads certification Expertise with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio Fluent spoken and written French and English Apply digital marketing, analytics, and optimization expertise to strengthen Lacroix Medical Group’s measurable growth across Quebec.
