Build category plans, supplier scorecards, and terms tracking Renegotiate payment terms toward 45–60-day year-one targets Balance pricing, discounts, terms, and cost of capital Use forecasts and production schedules to manage purchasing Lead and develop the purchasing team toward category management Requirements:
Five-plus years of manufacturing sourcing or procurement experience Proven negotiations with documented spend and financial results Fluency in AP days, inventory days, and cash conversion Decisive, data-driven communication and tenacious negotiation skills Buyer leadership, NetSuite, or SQF experience is an asset Bring procurement leadership, financial analysis, and supplier strategy to SinaLite’s cost-reduction and inventory objectives.
