Overview: A leading organization specializing in high-rise developments is seeking a qualified Controller to join their team in Toronto. This role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000. Candidates must hold a CPA designation to be considered.

- Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for high-rise development projects.
- Manage and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure financial practices meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making and project planning.
Skills and Experience:
- Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in financial management within the high-rise development sector.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and financial processes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a financial management role, with significant experience in high-rise or real estate development projects.
- Education: CPA designation required. Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
