Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate on assessing market and asset-level performance
• Implement long-term business plans for portfolio enhancement
• Manage acquisitions and oversee financial modeling processes
• Support investor relations initiatives and client presentations
• Participate in Investment Advisory Committees and detailed RFPs
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in financial performance and cash-flow analysis
• Proven understanding of diverse real estate asset types
• Exceptional relational networks within investment management
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
