Campground Operations Manager at Cedar and Spruce

Lead the Cedar and Spruce Campgrounds as the Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations. This role emphasizes staff leadership, facility maintenance, and customer satisfaction. As Operations Manager, you will oversee campground functions and ensure operational efficiency. This position requires leading a diverse team, managing guest services, and maintaining high standards of facilities. You will collaborate with the Office Manager for efficient administration and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins and site assignments
• Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Manage campground staff recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Address guest inquiries and foster a welcoming environment
• Coordinate maintenance of amenities and facilities for safety

Requirements:
• 3 years of management experience required
• Minimum one year post-secondary education in related studies
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check before hiring Drive operational excellence while promoting a memorable guest experience at Cedar and Spruce Campgrounds.
