As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will architect pivotal technology for multiple web products at Swoop, focusing on NimbleRx. Collaborate with top engineers, product management, and design teams to deliver top-notch features and maintain a high standard of code quality. Your leadership will guide junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities: • Build scalable platforms and APIs loved by users • Own backend features from design to implementation • Mentor junior engineers and interns effectively • Promote best practices for high-quality development • Solve challenging design and technical problems
Requirements: • 5+ years of backend API and service development • Proficient in Java, Spring, and SQL • Experience with scalable web applications • Familiarity with React, Terraform, or AWS is a plus • Ability to deliver quality code on time
