Lead Water Recycling capital investment programme delivery Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial controls Implement @one Alliance SHEA policies and legal requirements Drive carbon performance and sustainability improvements Develop relationships with Anglian Water and supply chain partners Requirements:
Proven programme management in large infrastructure environments Experience managing programmes worth approximately £70–90 million annually Commercial awareness, leadership, and stakeholder influencing skills Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple workstreams Tier one contracting experience Bring water-sector programme leadership, commercial discipline, and sustainable delivery expertise to Barhale’s Anglian Water partnership.
