In this individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy, you will utilize your strategic thinking and analytical acumen to identify growth opportunities within the insurance industry. Key responsibilities include developing actionable short- and long-term strategies, assessing market trends, and executing high-impact projects to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform strategy development • Develop short- and long-term strategic plans to support growth • Lead cross-functional projects, managing workstreams effectively • Build relationships to execute strategic initiatives collaboratively • Produce communications and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting or planning • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Strong analytical and communication skills • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives • Leadership capabilities in influencing teams
