Key Responsibilities: • Lead trademark prosecution and enforcement efforts • Draft, review, and prepare essential legal documents • Perform trademark searches and provide insightful analyses • Work alongside a dedicated team on IP matters • Guide clients in all trademark-related inquiries
Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of trademark experience • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere • Commitment to teamwork and shared goals • Active legal profession membership
