In this position, you'll be part of a reputable Indigenous company renowned for its community dedication. Working as a Winter Maintenance Operator, you'll manage both residential and commercial snow removal duties. Key tasks include performing safety inspections on equipment, operating machinery, and effectively communicating with supervisors, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct on-call snow removal operations • Operate snow removal equipment such as plows • Perform safety inspections before and after operations • Communicate progress and issues to supervisors • Complete work reports accurately and timely
Requirements: • G license is mandatory; DZ is an asset • Experience with heavy equipment operation • Mechanical skills and experience required • Must be organized and ambitious • Availability for night shifts required
