Key Responsibilities
• Define long-term roadmap and strategic priorities
• Gather and manage business requirements tightly with objectives
• Develop impactful business cases and cost-benefit analyses
• Collaborate with teams to translate needs into solutions
• Lead Product Owners while promoting cross-functional relationships
Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma
• 3+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and policy systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Agile methodologies Lead the way in transforming insurance products and drive real value as a Product Owner Manager at Economical.
