Lead workplace relocations, furniture installations, and reconfigurations as a MAC Manager overseeing safe, effective delivery across assigned sites. At Cushman & Wakefield, this manager directs moves, adds, and changes services while meeting approved budgets and client standards. The position provides operational leadership to MAC Site Supervisors, Coordinators, and vendor teams. It coordinates with Occupancy Planning, Facilities, IT, Security, Procurement, and business stakeholders. Archibus and FAMIS 360 support work order management, reporting, floor plans, and asset tracking. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily MAC service delivery across assigned sites Establish schedules, priorities, and resource requirements Issue contractor work orders for approved projects Supervise furniture and equipment moves Verify invoices and support expenditure reporting Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent preferred Zero to four years in corporate real estate Knowledge of move processes and furniture systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Apply workplace relocation leadership, vendor coordination, and work order expertise to MAC services at Cushman & Wakefield.
