This pivotal role requires an experienced legal professional with a strong background in drafting and negotiating contracts. With five to ten years of experience in a law firm or corporation, you will provide legal advice on various agreements, including licenses and partnership contracts. Your creativity in drafting contractual terms and solutions will help navigate complex legal landscapes.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify legal solutions for procurement and business teams • Draft and negotiate various types of contracts • Recommend strategies for contract risk mitigation • Advise on contractual matters related to supply arrangements • Use digital tools effectively for contract management
Requirements: • Law degree or equivalent experience • 5-10 years in law or corporate settings • Bilingual in French and English • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
