• Process and balance all customer payment transactions
• Reconcile daily cash, cheque, debit, and credit card tenders
• Communicate payment details to Collection staff efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements
• Post online transactions in the Customer Information System

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation diploma required
• Previous cashier experience in an office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail in cash handling
• Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies
