Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise certain functions, ensuring safety and quality in production standards. This position includes the crucial responsibility of supporting production activities and integrating with training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and optimize specific production functions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality expectations
- Enhance team morale and productivity
- Support hands-on training for team members
- Complete necessary compliance documentation
- Must have Grade 12 Diploma
- 5+ years in manufacturing settings
- 2 years in a leadership role required
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Forklift and First Aid certifications are assets
