MRB Engineering Specialist

The Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer as sesses non-conforming materials, parts, or products and determines the appropriate disposition within the defined parameters of the MRB process. Review customer requirements toidentifyreworkoptions. Liaise withProduction, Programs, Engineering, Supply Chain,customers,vendors, andsubcontractor representativesto ensuretimelycompletion of actions to address non-conformance issues. Ensure that performance and quality of products conform toestablishedcompany, customer, and regulatorystandards. Support Continuous Improvement activities with data analysis, RCCA, etc. Bachelor’s degreein related fieldwith a minimum of 5 years’ experience inaerospace ormanufacturingindustry in aqualityengineering environment Minimum twoyears working within a Material ReviewBoard(MRB)team inmanufacturingpreferred. Good understanding of computing tools and programs, including MS office suite. Good understanding ofaerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
