Drive transformation at Rohit Group as the Vice President of People & Culture. Lead growth initiatives while ensuring a robust HR function supporting over 1,500 homes annually. Rohit Group is searching for a Vice President of People & Culture to oversee a pivotal transformation. In this executive role, you will work closely with the President and advisory board to shape the people organization in line with ambitious growth targets. You will establish a strong team to manage core HR operations, talent acquisition, and performance development. Key Responsibilities:
- Build a People & Culture function for a $3 billion enterprise
- Lead organization design and executive succession planning
- Develop a hiring process and employer branding
- Map succession risk and ensure leadership readiness
- Launch performance management programs for leaders
- 10+ years in HR leadership, 5+ years at senior level
- Experience in managing HR through rapid growth
- Proven track record in succession planning and leadership development
- Strong advisory experience with boards on executive pay
- Post-secondary education in HR, business, or related fields
