Leading technical design efforts, you will also manage a team to ensure professional growth while upholding engineering standards. This position combines leadership, technical acumen, and business development to foster client relationships and project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams on overhead transmission line projects
- Ensure compliance with NESC, IEEE, and utility standards
- Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions
- Develop technical training programs and identify team needs
- Support client engagement and proposal development
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in transmission line engineering
- Degree in Structural, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific tools like AutoCAD
