Design secure cloud infrastructure with Terraform, AWS, and Datadog while working across hybrid environments and supporting applications reliably.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer at ESG, you will shape scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure for SaaS platforms. You will collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams on automation, reliability, monitoring, and cost management. The position includes architecture guidance, project leadership, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain secure, scalable hybrid infrastructure Improve CI/CD pipelines with development teams Automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and recovery Build Datadog observability for metrics, logs, traces, and alerts Troubleshoot incidents and implement lasting reliability improvements
Requirements:
Eight or more years in cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering Five years operating Windows, Linux, and SQL environments Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Hands-on Terraform or CloudFormation experience Production Docker and Kubernetes experience Bring cloud architecture, automation, observability, and reliability expertise to ESG’s energy software infrastructure.
